I have had your service for 10 years and within the past 3 years my service just stops working for no reason. Network, phone, tv randomly drop. Lines replaced, new boxes ever 3 months and yet it still stops. Only reason I still use them is they are the fastest speed around.

Chris/4171, our technician today, was at our house for 4 hours attempting to fix all the glitches in our Xfinity TV boxes and our land phone problems. Chris was professional, Knowledgeable, personable and stayed on the task until he fixed all of our problems. He did a great Jon and I would give him the highest rating for a Xfinity technician. Thank you Chris.
No customer service at all

I am xfinity customer since few years and never happy with service keep increasing and wanna ask why n want to know more every time I called automatic machine talk n can’t get live person help, I do understand it’s pandamic but come on when you sale something you have to provide service I work in customer service business too it’s time to go with something else

Very disappointed in customer service. I was promised a reduction in my monthly bill by Sara Jan 15. Received bill for an additional $10. I feel I was lied to and the customer service agent didn’t follow thru with her promise. Your company helps the community, but doesn’t care about its customers. I’ve been a customer over 20 years. Very disappointed!

I’m missing the Kentucky basketball game at this very moment. Customer service does not exist. I’m not sure how a company like Comcast can survive. My company would have failed a long time ago if it had been managed like Comcast.
