Very slow internet and horrible service – Xfinity Review

We are a family of 4 and we all attending school, we used to pay $10.00 a month do to our kids attending middle school and high school. We made the decision to upgrade the internet because we thought it was going to help us between college and work and we have come to find out that it is the worse internet service we have ever received. I have called for help because we lose internet 2 to 3 times a day or is very slow to the point that during meetings or live sections program closes unexpectedly, and all customer service does is to advise us to upgrade to a more expensive service and we already pay over $100.00 a month. We have had technicians come to the house they say there’s nothing else they can do. This is unacceptable.
