List of devices connected to wifi?

I only see 20 connected devices to my wifi network on the app but I know there are 25 devices connected. Does the list only allow 20 to show?? Please fix!!!!! How can I pause a device if it’s not showing on the list but I know it’s connected?

Customer service is mediocre at best when it comes to the TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT! I’ve had Xfinity/Comcast over 10+ years, so this review is coming from someone dealing with the tech support department for a really long time and I’ve never made a review about them but maybe this review will bring about much needed change! Usually 85% of the time I end up having to issue out a tech worker to come out and they say it’s nothing I could’ve done on my end but for whatever reason these cable boxes will say no signal and they always refer to the HDMI cord but it’s never my cord, and always keep a 6 pack of HDMI cords handy for this very reason. Now as far as the tech support agents, it sounds like they have a heavy foreign accent and it’s very hard to understand their English. The most frustrating thing is they will charge you to come out and do a repair or a replacement for your system on top of all the other money they charge for monthly. IT’S EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND THEY MAKE DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN THE SERVICE WITH ALL THE ADDED MONTHLY CHARGES WHICH SEEM TO COST MORE AND MORE EVERY MONTH!

What I don’t like about Xfinity is that they do not offer many promotional packages to existing customers. You are so busy to focus on attracting new customers which then causes new customers to not be able to take advantage of promotional offerings for keeping existing customers. You should revisit promotional plans for existing customers. Existing customers have a way of a getting a good word out for ensuring a good referral base and attracting new customers!!!

They claim to have the best WiFi but it is not. My TV constantly buffers and today they tell me that the WiFi service does not extend through Sheetrock. Whatttttt? The entire house is Sheetrock. We rent a modem, pay a high monthly bill for what we were told was the best strength and now it does not go through Sheetrock without an additional expense of $119 per extender that plugs into the wall. Those should be free to actually have the service that I pay for do what it needs to do. AT&t does not have these issues. I’m about to make a switch. I have cell phone service and everything with Xfinity. I’m over it and none of the customer service agents can help.


Always loosing service

Always loosing service. Every time I call tech support they only tell me to restart my router and do nothing to fix the problem long term. At times that doesn’t work and then they have me on the phone for hours doing various things on their end. Like I said whatever they do is a temporary solution to get me back up running in that moment because the problem persists. They even threatened to charge me when I requested a technician come out to examine my lines. So not only do I feel like I work for Comcast with the extended times I spend with customer service without pay, but now they want me to pay them to fix their product! I am already paying over a hundred dollars a month for this service! Horrible!!!


Comcast customer service still stinks

Expensive. Service is great when it works. But when the service goes out - just he ready to be annoyed. And if you can actually get through the automated phone call prompts, (which is nearly impossible), You will get a nice human who is basically powerless. That human will offer you a partial refund for your trouble. That will never be seen on your bill. And you will continue to pay. And concast will advertise in their happy tones! (The same annoying happy tones that are in their voice prompts on the phone menu!!).


Gateway shows offline but it is online. Support instructions are to reset and wait 3 days.
