I’m not sure what it is. My fire stick or the WiFi but I haven’t been getting a good connection lately. It’s been horrible.
Internet is unpredictable

I’ve had Comcast/Xfinity for many years and it continues to be unpredictable. The Internet is unreliable as I have speeds that go from 300 to 400 Mbps to 12 to 15 Mbps or slower. With the children doing online schooling, it is unacceptable they are continually being logged out of class because of poor Internet. Additionally one of my TVs runs off of Internet while the other one runs off of a regular box. I routinely have issues with the television. The screen locks up, Or if I’m watching an online show such as Netflicks, I will lose the show that I was watching and will have to start from the beginning. Certainly not worth the money that I am paying. I would hope for and expect a better product.
Never available and go out when power goes out

Well, customer support is not a thing. What support system for a major company is closed after 7pm, when it is their company having issues. Also in my area of California, every single time the power goes out so does their service COMPLETELY, meaning it shares a line, which is not supposed to be allowed for emergency reasons (my bad breaker) . the delete button on saved recordings And absolutely LOVE the new blue/yellow automation speed through finally a fix to the loss of the 15 sec cycle back button on the remote. New feature is an Ace and I’m happy to complement it!

Not possible to find answers to how to access HBO Max even though I’ve subscribed to it months ago. Takes a long time to get a person. Menu selections on automated answering system don’t make sense. Sign in systems don’t make sense. Apple Store won’t download app. Xutz.

For 20+ years now I’ve always respected the performance of Xfinity and especially when compared to their peers. It doesn’t take much for one to realize the gap separating them (Xfinity) as #1 from the rest. You just need to meander and before you quickly rush to switch you realize there is none other like them. Xfinity tops billboards clearly by most metrics including; Xfinity’s internet speeds which are unprecedented & reliability, convenience, professional technicians to support you, latest tech and less chaos from unnecessary wiring etc. It’s all these areas where they (Xfinity) are basically on point proper; they top charts in almost any category !

Fast haven’t gone down yet but speed is 20 times faster then AT&T but about 30 bucks more. 12 to 400. I’m very happy for the money
