Xfinity doesn’t inform you when your account is changing. I was surprised when I seen my the payment come out my account. Xfinity would send an email about my bill not this month. Currently looking for a better plan and company who is loyal to their customers.

It always tells me that none of the devices in my home are connected to the WiFi except I do have things that run it so I can tell I’m connected. It won’t show me correctly what is connected and what’s not. Very upsetting as the was a feature I used a lot

Xfinity i’net is difficult to control (from an administrative perspective), and their support is all but non-existent. Their TV is grossly overpriced! For $100+, all you get is a couple of news channels, weather and Sponge Bob — if that’s what you want, fine but, if you want quality, go elsewhere. Xfinity is the best argument for cutting the cable!
