I can’t figure out if I have virus protection working with my service. It says it’s free, but It doesn’t say if you have to do anything to activate it.?

I have been trying to get my cable sorted out at my house for almost one year now. It is one problem after another with either Wi-Fi or cable. My current problem is my TV is pixelating and I had a technician come out last week and it still doing so even with new boxes. I need someone to come back out and resolve this once and for all. This is at least the eighth technician who’s been to my house over the last several months

I have the $60 plan, i have a ps4 and 1 cellphone connected to my network and every time I play my game I have to disconnect the wifi from the cellphone. I live alone and I was told this plan was good for 5 phones and a video game connected to the same network at the same time. I had my service for 3 weeks and I'm not happy. Pure garbage !

The Internet Service is poor. Every hour is down for three to five minutes. This is a terrible experience. They raise the fee but they do not improve the technical services. To contact them, you wait another hour.
