Downloaded to iPhone shows channel and program does not work, picked 1 star because there is not a zero star.
No more record!

Why even have this app! You can’t record remotely anymore! That was the best ...being able to record your program while you weren’t at home. Please fix! Second request to add record from the app and my request is still falling on deaf ears! We pay a lot of money for Xfinity TV and we should get what we want! Third time requesting to bring back the record option from this app! Xfinity takes our money but doesn’t listen to their customers! Shame on them!
Can only change channel

Unable to adjust anything other than channel change. X11 resist broken and they told me to use this, there is no ok button so I can’t get the screen to clear. Stuck watching tv with “do you want to delete now” screen in the foreground. Can’t fast forward or rewind or pause, etc. very frustrating considering we are relatively new customers. Remote is new within the year and just stopped working out if the blue.

No devices? No way to add devices? This app used to work now it is useless. Time for Comcast to get its act together! Also AI bots are not customer service!

In my opinion this App is practically useless and has no practical functionality for the user! The search function cannot even perform a simple search for movies featuring a specific actor. Can’t even use simple queries with the search function, so what is its purpose? DVR functionality is practically useless and from the guide function you can’t even set a simple request to record a program. The App is like trying to use a TV remote without batteries in it! For the outrageous fees charged by Xfinity for cable subscription I would expect them to have a better R&D Department working on developing a better App product!

How about adding a DVR schedule feature back somewhere either through the remote or stream. Really no need to be able to use remote when not at home. Waste of time/money.
