Doesn’t work

I’ve logged in and confirmed settings for tv but DVR/cable box doesn’t respond. Now I’ve got to get up and get the actual remote on the other side of the room.

Downloaded because my Xfinity account listed it as an app to download. Has not been able to connect to anything in the app since day one. Have tried several times. Doesn't even see my TV box or any Xfinity related device. Removing from my phone.

Just switched to Xfinity and trying to set everything up. Downloaded this app, re-downloaded this app and still it remains empty. Connects to my account but doesn’t pull in any info. So far this is useless.

The only function that is actually useful was to set a record of remotely. The one that your so call “product managers” decided to remove, in the usual f-you to your customers that made you famous. This app is a waste of bits without that function
Needs more functions

I wish there was a way to turn the volume up and down, and to turn the TV on and off. Most other remote apps have these simple functions.

Recording on DVR

Won’t record a program. I put this app on my phone to DVR programs I forgot to DVR while home. It worked perfectly for awhile. It no longer will record programs. The app is useless to me.

Granted I can’t change the volume but I can change the channel! If I can’t find the remote I’m not stuck with a children’s program. I can see what is on and change the channel. It could be better but it works fine for now.
