I use the app to review what is showing on my favorite channels. Please delete ability to remove a favorite channel by tapping the star. It is too easy to fat finger the star when wanting to change the channel by tapping the channel icon.

I use this app all the time. However, when you upgrade your equipment, the old equipment names stay out there making selection of the tv you’re using prone to unnecessary error.

All I’d say is u need a volume button and power button but i don’t really care I can stand up and walk to it

A low light room using an app with a bright white background and light gray text is a bad combination.

There are days where this will not show any data at all and just time out. The ability to switch channels is nice, when it works. The ability to scroll through the listings faster than the Guide on the tv directly is awesome, but after a week of not working again, this is kind of a pain. Was this your first app and now that you’ve been able to check off the box that you did it, you’ve moved on to other things and no one is monitoring this one anymore?

This app is used daily and I wonder every day if the developers actually use it. Locations for navigation are all over the place and I still have to stop and think about what I am trying to do. Make the remote the handheld remote that you've already designed well! Why split the remote into different screens? Let me select a channel without having to go to another screen to read all about what I already know what I am about to watch, with a sliver of a button to select that channel. And what about mirroring the same experience? Make the guide dark like on screen. Right now it's like staring into the sun.

Since the 3.8.4 update, we have not been able to use the remote app on our apple tablets. Nor can we use any other xfinity app on our tablets, or PC. They to log in to my acct, but cannot do that either. We can go other places that have WiFi, and everything works. What happened.

Nice design. Works well. Watch on TV feature is great. Would like to see more options on a show page, like a save to favorites, or DVR options.
