Not much cared for the app since early summer- not working at all tonight.
Disappearing functions!

Several months ago, the app removed the ability to set a recording. Last week, the app updated, and now it has removed the function to simply change channels! Why have these two helpful features be removed??????? Why have these functions been removed?

I have to call home in order to record a program and I should be able to schedule a recording from my smart phone. As much as you charge for the service it should be a know brained. I’m just saying.

While you can use this app to browse the TV listings, movies, etc you cannot use the app to change to the show/movie any more. My app would tell me either that I had no devices available or that I needed to upgrade to the XFi package. As a premiere XFi customer the latter message was incorrect. After a long troubleshooting session involving logging out and back into the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, device reboots, ... on both my iPhone and Android tablet... I was escalated to the app tech team. They asked more questions and then left to go ask someone else. Finally they came back with the answer that they stopped supporting that app. I ask why that hasn’t been communicated to customers or their support personnel and they said they would communicate when the new app was ready. Yeah, real nice! Sort of like how they communicated that they were replacing Cinemax with Flix. (After the fact)

Cell phone remote stopped working and everything I tries will not restore it. Sad. The app could be so much more.

I used this all the time before we had to replace some equipment. Now nothing works and the support isn’t helpful at all.
New customer, app doesn’t load or connect

Useless, doesn’t download guide, can’t ID my TVs, completely useless. Tried reinstall, reconnect, login again. Nothing. Maybe an update will come along and fix it, but can’t even review the features because the app doesn’t even work!

If I could give zero ⭐️ I would. App where it says free kids movie all movies in section really isn’t free. App is just not very user friendly at all can’t get to the app section that you can with remote etc.
