After installing and logging into this app, it said that TV listing was not available. Tried recordings and guess what. Not available. Basically, couldn’t use it to do anything.
What’s should a DVR remote do?

First and foremost you should be able to SET the DVR to record. There is no DRV remote, anywhere, that does not have a little red button to record—EXCEPT HERE ON THE XFINITY REMOTE! What gives?
This app doesn’t do much

I got the app hoping that it would serve as a second remote or an emergency backup remote. Unfortunately it does not do much. I have to use it to test the system in order to reset tv box. Remote and app need work

They removed the feature of being able to initiate recording on the DVR when you’re remote. I rarely use this app now.

Why do you still offer this app? It doesn’t work, you don’t support it. And you don’t let customers know? Shameful. I see that all your efforts are on selling home security and wi- fi pods, and Mobile.But why would anyone buy any more products from you? You just stop supporting without any notice or explanation? I already regret trusting you with “Triple Play” products, which you reduce and don’t support, while constantly trying to raise the prices. Cord cutting their fuel from you!

This app is worthless and a waste of not only data but space too. I got it, signed in and it will not show me any of the devices on my account. If I could give no stars I would. Delete!
