So frustrated with this app!

Can’t watch an entire recording without it freezing up. Picture freezes while sound continues, and exiting/restarting app doesn’t fix the problem. Tried updating, deleting and reinstalling, downloading show, restarting phone, etc. to no avail. App is also extremely SLOW to load. Never have theses problems with other streaming apps. Please fix!!!

Doesn’t work over WiFi

iPhone 8, IOS 14.8 - no longer works over WiFi but does over LTE. Latest update is broken. Displays shows the shows but when click to start streaming just get spinning wheel. This used to work great. Please update.

The Xfinity Commercial watching App!

I am fully aware that television revolves around advertising dollars and that with the advent of streaming, commercials would continue to be a part of that world, but this app takes it to another level. App will glitch at times (conveniently during commercial breaks) which will cause the breaks to reset. Keep in mind, that these breaks can be around 3 minutes each, and you can end up watching 10+ minutes of commercials in one sitting of the app wants to. Once you get back to the show, these ad breaks are so randomly placed that they interrupt the show. Also, Xfinity is nice enough to place commercial breaks just befor and DIRECTLY AFTER show intros. All and all an outstanding example of Comcast’s greed and lack of any awareness to its customer base.

I’ll be watching a show and then it freezes but plays the show with sound only. I delete the app and start over and it’s still stuck. I switch to a different show, same thing happens.

Freezes over and over and over while watching DVR recorded shows. And every time it freezes it freaks out and goes back to the beginning. Won’t let you pick up where you left off, even if you scroll/fast forward to that point. It always just keeps freezing at the exact same second of the recording. It’s been doing this for over a year even through app updates and on different networks. Xfinity: where the prices always rise while the quality of products/services fall.

I usually love this app. However over the past couple of months I have had a problem of the screen freezing while I am watching a recorded show. I will be watching a recording that I have saved, and at some point the picture will freeze but the sound will keep going. This has caused me to not be able to use the app anymore to watch shows. Any support for this would be greatly appreciated.

Chromecast now is buggy: slow to connect, gets stuck on old cast, drops connection Harder to navigate Out of home streaming dumbed down Guessing it was rewritten from ground up, hopefully they fix these issues.

Used to be a great app ti steam tv channels but now they’ve make channels like FX, adult swim, and MTV unavailable. It’s never up to date on what’s playing when you click on it so you think you’re going to watch something good and it’s something stupid scheduled next

Awful streaming

This app used to be the best. With recent updates recorded shows freeze & won’t refresh to the show, instead plays the same commercials over and over again despite having smart resume enabled. I keep thinking the next update will fix it but it just keeps getting worse. Stream app doesn’t work on the phone & watching recorded shows on the xfinity website doesn’t work either. Literally nothing works.

Glitches and low quality video buffering

Tried relentlessly to stream a purchased movie to my smart TV and it continued to buffer and load and glitch. Switched to YouTube app and streamed flawlessly to my TV
