I like a lot of the aspects of the app. The one thing that drives me nuts about it, when I am recording a show and I am watching it but not live, it just stops working and the show is corrupted unless it is watched on the box at home. This has also happened on completely recorded shows. The screens go blank or freeze. Sometime you can listen but other times the picture will work and no sound. It can be VERY annoying.

So many times I’m watching a show on the app and it just STOPS. Tried restarting and won’t go past a certain point on the program. UGH!!!

The app always corrupts my recordings. Unsure what I pay xfinity for if my DVR can never work. Audio also cuts out in the middle of shows randomly.

Worst streaming app ever. I don’t have issues with any streaming app except this one. Takes forever and always a problem playing back my recordings.

Horrible app. Half the time my recordings “play” as a black screen. When I try to watch them, the option to “restart” or “resume” blinks away as soon as I can click. The Xfinity customer service touts this app as an alternative to cable boxes. It would be great if it was even a little bit reliable.
No way to send feedback about poor app performance

I tried to click the link but it takes me to the main website which leads me around in circles while trying to get playback help. I notice that the recorded shows only freeze for bravo and No other network. It is very annoying to have the visual freeze while the dialogue is still going on. It usually happens within the first 30 minutes of the show. I watch on my iPad because my daughter hogs the tv. Please fix the playback issues and restore the ability to send feedback from the app for specific issues.

Never plays my recording back correctly. Doesn’t let me what my recordings. I will be in the middle of a show and a commercial will come on and the show starts over without letting me start where I left off. To many glitches.

Mostly broken. Shows will pause and require skipping ahead or else the app will crash. Now can’t watch from my iPad because the new version won’t work without iOS 13. Won’t let you take a screenshot. Xfinity/Comcast — you are a trash company.
