Each release worse than one before

Seems to be worried about small changes that are not worth it and not the fact that the actual steaming is terrible. Freezes , starts over unexpectedly, most often can’t actually see the video at all. When I switch to different app never have problems so it’s not my phone or service.
Not Worth The Money

Xfinity has horrible customer service. The app does not allow you to cast to TV unless you have a Google cast on top of it blocking you from screen mirroring onto any device. Shows all have ads that range from 2 to 3 minutes that come back to back and can not be skipped. All around just a bad experience, I would rather pay for multiple streaming services than to deal with this 1.
Buffering and poor video quality

Had it with bad video quality and constant buffering/freezing from Xfinity streaming. So bad you really can’t use it.
Issues with playback

I’ve been having issues with playback lately that I didn’t use to have. If you rewind or pause at any point, the screen will freeze and the audio of whatever your watching continues to play. Normally wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t supposed to be apart of the services I’m already overcharged for. Might want to look into that.
Streaming used to work great, but not anymore

I travel a lot and used to love this app. Now, for many channels when watching on my ipad, I’m not able to Resume watching a show that I have started watching, and the video will freeze while the audio still plays. This is whether I’ve downloaded the show or am streaming it. I’m paying over $200 a month for a service that doesn’t work. The streaming works perfectly fine on my Android device, but is almost to the point of useless on my IOS devices. They need to find a tech group of people that actually know what they’re doing and can fix these issues.

I used to LOVE this app, now when I get halfway through a show that’s in my recordings, it freezes on the picture but the sound will continue to play. SO annoying!!! Then if I try to just watch it on demand, I have to start over and CAN’T fast forward!!??? PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

This is getting so frustrating….every time I try and watch a recorded show the recording doesn’t playback properly. It’s frozen on a scene or commercial and then all you hear is background noise of the show trying to be played. It’s happening over and over again and no matter what I do it doesn’t playback. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

App very seldom works. When it does, its great! But not consistent enough. I pay for really good Wi-Fi, so developers need to do some work on this app.
Peculiar New Update…

As of a few weeks ago, this app would stream my DVR recordings in HD and on command. With the recent update, it appears to have boosted my recording quality to “most of the audio + half of a single frozen frame.” An odd choice if you ask me… but I guess I’m just not up to date in the tech innovations these days!
