Used to love this app and use it all the time but now the picture keeps freezing mid show on my iPad and iPhone whenever I try to watch a recording. Please fix this.

Every time I watch a show, the audio cuts out. Very frustrating! And useless without audio, obviously.

Nothing records properly and every show freezes halfway through and cannot be watched. Works perfect everywhere but on your phone. Frustrating.

When I record a program on my television and try to watch it on my phone or iPad, it will randomly freeze and I’m unable to complete watching it. The only reason I have this app is so I can watch the shows I record on my phone during my train commute. This bug renders this app completely useless. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!!!

On the app, you force people to see any recent channels watched. When you have visitors, and they watch a show, you are FORCED to see that show reminder over and over, even though you don’t want that reminder. No way to delete or fix. Very annoying every time I turn on the TV. This problem has been brought up on the forums, with no solution to the problem. Other than that, it’s just slow and expensive. I would not recommend.

80% of the time the app freezes in the middle of a commercial or when using the skip feature to skip over a commercial break and there is nothing you can do. Restarting the app not fast forwarding not starting from the beginning works. The show is just frozen. It never happens on Netflix/Peacock/etc. apps so this is a xfinity stream issue that needs to please be fixed!!!

Used to love the app, but for the last few months shows that I have recorded will keep playing sound but the picture doesn’t change or visa versa. Super frustrating as the only fix is to watch on my home TV . Wish you could get this fixed!

I have had this problem for awhile now. Almost every show I try to watch freezes the picture & the audio keeps playing. The app is up to date, I have deleted it and re-downloaded it and nothing will fix the problem. Why Comcast?

Anytime I try to watch some shows I’ve recorded on this Streaming app, the video freezes at some point and the audio continues and there is no fixing it! You have to delete the whole thing! Then if I go to the network and try to watch it OnDemand, YOU CAN’T! There no play function! It seems to happen mostly with bravo but not exclusively!
