Every week I’ve recorded anything on Bravo (and occasionally other networks) the video freezes during the first commercial break. For the amount of money Xfinity charges I have no interest in staring at a frozen Garnier bottle on the screen. I’m just listening and trying to guess what’s going on on the show. Radio is free!!! I’ve had to continually delete the recording and wait for a repeat to air or when it becomes available on demand if I want to watch. Which is typically inconvenient. What’s the reason for having the option to record if it doesn’t work?! It’s extremely annoying and makes the headache of switching providers feel a little more worth looking into every week.

3 Issues kept this app from getting a 5 Star rating: 1. This app always freezes when using another app. Examples: Surfing on the internet using Safari or Firefox, Shopping on Amazon and other apps, Flipboard -yes I can listen to the news or show while doing something else. 2. Unable to take screenshots. Many times news organizations will put up a graphic that contains useful statistical data, or and ad with phone number, taking a screenshot made jotting down info easy. 3. No live DVR functions. Examples: Unable to stop, rewind, play and/or record during a live show.

I have an iPhone 6 and I could use xfinify to watch tv on my break at work but now I is requiring I get an iPhone 13 to down load app. I don’t like xfinify anymore.

This app is slow and non- functional to to level of serious frustration! We pay for the internet service, phone & cable. All I wanted to do was watch one show on the iPad I bought from xfinity . On either the xfinity mobile streaming service OR on the xfinity home network ( both of which we pay a premium for …every month) *But no, we’re buffering like it’s 1999* No updates pending Sitting 3 feet from my router No problems with Netflix, Prime,Hulu apps on my iPad- just Xfinity stream

This app sometimes decides just not to play my recordings. It will play fine for the first segment and then the picture will get stuck on one of the commercial frames and the audio will continue with the frozen picture. There is no solving it. I’ve waited two weeks to watch my show at this point and it’s still not resolved itself. I have updated, I’ve uninstalled reinstalled. It’s a bug. Comcast must have some beef with bravo. But I don’t. I don’t have been with Bravo. I’m starting to have beef with Comcast.

I used to watch my recordings on the App every day but now it’s absolutely impossible to watch - video stops playing right in the middle but you can still hear the sound of the show you are trying to watch. You can rewind back to the commercials and it plays fine, but then once the commercials are over the video stops playing and again all you can hear is the sound. It’s not the recording itself because they play perfectly fine on my DVR on my TV. It happens across different channels and seems to have no rhyme or reason to why it is doing this. My app and iPad are all on the updated software. Please find a fix for this!!!!!

I have had nothing but trouble when watching recordings. Bravo channel seems to have the most trouble. Screen pauses but sound continues. Before stopping and closing the app, playback would resume but now nothing works. Now I can’t watch most Bravo recordings on xfinity app.

Over the last couple of months every time I try to stream a show in the app (iPhone 12) the show picture will pause after the first commercial, but the audio will keep playing. Once the video freezes, there is no return… I can’t fast forward or backwards to reset it. I have also just tried to restart the show with no success. This happened with normal streaming and downloaded shows. Lastly, I have deleted the app and reloaded it to my phone and this did not help either. I think xfinity needs to investigate this issue and if the bugs
