Can not download recorded programs

With the latest update we can no longer download recorded programs. I also dislike that we have to be connected to the WiFi in our home to watch certain channels. Other providers do not require this. This is very frustrating as I’ve been a client for over 20 years. Because the user experience is getting worse I’m looking for alternatives.
It needs to be better

The app is overall slow. Not intuitive enough. Can’t believe it does not work on Apple TV. Simple things like refreshing categories with sports when you jump in and out of the menu seem not to work. Have a lot to learn from other live streaming app companies.
Need to fix downloaded content

When I download the DVR content to my phone, and when I watch the videos it EITHER HAS NO sound and the video plays OR the video FREEZES and there is sound. Please fix.
PiP issue

Xfinity streaming is a good app. Developers please fix the Picture in Picture issue. The issue with PiP is that when returning to normal screen the playback pause. I would have to stop playback to resume.
Latest update hard to use

Despite the version history, I got a notice to update yesterday. It moved things around and is not better organized. There is no longer a way to get only my favorites. Just a huge long list of Live TV. Can't find other features. Typical of Comcast they can't organize or sort alphabetically to save ones soul. Awful on iPad or iPhone

Recordings on DVR constantly freeze midway through when watching on iPad - the sound still plays but it’s frozen on one frame. It is so beyond annoying. This has been happening for MONTHS but has only gotten worse. No update has fixed it. Xfinity Comcast can never seem to get it together - worst company!
Anti Apple AirPlay App

Great concept app, but it will not let you AirPlay from the app to an Apple TV. It likes Google Chromecast but not Apple. Corporate playing favorites. Argh.
Fix the Audio Issue

Everytime you download a recorded show, sporting event, etc. the audio does not record. Sometimes it will have audio for the first few minutes then the rest of the program is silent. It’s incredibly frustrating and needs to be addressed. It has been months of people with the same issue complaining.
Hasn’t worked in months
Amazingly Easy!
Really used to like this App but, it stopped working on my phone and IPad months ago. It’s been over a Year and no one has any answers I’ve even asked friends for hat work at the store?
Xfinity dodges responsibility again

None of my other streaming service apps fail to stream to my Sony Bravia TV. Xfinity Stream rarely sees my TV, and even when it does and I try to connect, I get a network timed out error. My TV has a CAT6 cable directly to the cable modem and I have high speed internet. The WiFi signal is also generated by the cable modem which is in the same room as the TV. All the Xfinity “troubleshooting” is geared towards blaming the hardware or WiFi signal when it is clear that the Xfinity app is to blame.
