Recordings Freeze

I don’t know if it’s an apple compatibility issue but I learned first from my MacBook my recordings would freeze during commercials and I can hear the sound still playing but the image would freeze. I started accessing xfinity stream through google chrome instead of safari and that fixed those issues. But on my iPhone I am forced to use the app and can’t use google chrome. So I can no longer watch most of my recordings on my phone. It’s a huge pain please fix this! Or allow us to use google chrome without the app!

I used to use this app consistently in streaming my DVR and now I can’t do that. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app without success. And of course Xfinity can’t find anything wrong when you question them about it. #veryannoyed

A side of all the limitations they give you, when you actually try to use it to stream at home never works, keeps loading forever and it just says error .. yet I still pay $170 at month … but this is my last month!

Won’t stream, errors setting recording. I’ve never seen such a terrible revamp of an app.

When I first got the streaming app I loved it. I could see how full my DVR was and could watch and record from my iPad. I’ve done a couple updates and after this last update my recorded show will play to a certain point then the picture will freeze but I can still hear the show. It’s super frustrating and I have to go to a tv to finish watching the show. I keep watching for a bug fix but haven’t seen one.
Can longer play back DVR recordings

Loved this app until the last update. I can now no longer play back recorded shows from DVR. I tried all the “troubleshooting” tips and none work.
Not for Apple TV?

Xfinity released this years ago for other Apple products, but not Apple TV??? It’s literally a TV App … why can’t I watch it on my Apple TV?
