Video freezes but sound plays

Please fix your app. Lately, most of the shows I have recorded and playback through the iPad app have the video freeze anywhere from a few minutes in to about halfway through but the sound continues to play. I have tried restarting the show. I have tried deleting the app and re-adding it. I have even tried downloading and playing it. Nothing helps. I can watch it on my TV just fine but if I try to watch on the app it inevitably freezes. This has happened several times with different shows - especially ones from Bravo or TLC. Please fix this!

I’ve had this app for years and never really had any issues. Well now my recording will freeze picture I can hear the voice but it’s frozen on a picture. It started happening right after update. Fix please!

I predominantly watch TV on my phone while I work out. I can never make it through a recorded show without the picture freezing. The audio will continue but I cannot view the rest of the show- even after restarting the app. So frustrating.

For the most part, love the app. But is there any chance we can get a fix on the bug where when you’re watching a DVRd show, you skip ahead with the quick skip feature, and the frame freezes on one scene never to be fixed again? I’ve had countless time where something on my DVR, I had to watch on demand because of this. Otherwise, the app is awesome.

Very buggy! I’ve used this semi reliably for years but can no longer stream recordings past the first commercial break as of 2022. I’ve tried redownloading and contacting support.
Issue with latest release

Several issues. Watching recorded shows from DVR play about 1/2 way and stop. Same show works fine from cable box dvr. Also has sound issues when downloading long recordings (like a football game) 20 mins in and the audio goes out and never comes back. Ever since the latest version upgrade a few months ago they have a number of issues.
Good in theory but I’m getting annoyed….

It seems like every time I go to watch a show on stream live it says commercial break in progress. Programming will return shortly…well I just missed the last 10 minutes of my show while it just showed that screen. Highly doubt they took a 10 minute commercial break. Fix this please!!!!
