NEVER USE FOR DOG SITTING – Wag! - Dog Walkers & Sitters Review

I had a scheduled sitter for a 2 nights. In my application I put never to leave my dog for more than 4 hours at a time. The dog sitter not only left my dog home alone for almost 10 hours but she also LEFT completely after I confronted her about her leaving my dog alone for an extended period of time. Wag did not find someone else to go to my apartment & because I was a plane ride away from home my dog was unfortunately left by herself for a full 24 hours. They are “investigating” it but can not tell me if this walker was terminated after leaving my dog due to “privacy” .... so she could still be out there giving minimal to no care for other dogs which is terrifying. I have put so much money into wag walks for my dog but this situation was unbelievable and disgusting. Not to mention more than HALF of your money goes to the app and not even the walker or sitter. So if you’re looking to throw money away for mediocre walks and dog services this app is for you!
