Shows current cams just fine, try the rewind is a different story, I haven’t been able to get a playback since I got the system. Not to mention the “events” that happened on a camera is about 12hrs behind. The ability to open my garage door has caused problems multiple times too. It’s a good system for “right now” because it does alert you, but if you try to look back at what happened, wait until the next day…

I’ve been in the service industry for over 50 years, I never know what to expect today when a vendor comes out to your house for any reason. Kyle Watts was outstanding, he understood that we weren’t computer savvy, he was patient, he was knowledgeable, he’s what sealed the deal. We were having some second thoughts, none now, if everyone is as knowledgeable and as customer oriented as is Kyle you’ve got a great organization. Need Technical Assistance

The Garage Door is presently closed/down but the visual indicator shows it open/up. Could to be very deceptionally confusing if I am away from home. My Security Alarm sound is muffled and I can hardly hear the alarm in the house. Cannot hear the alarm outside of my home at all. I would appreciate a Vivint Tech checking out these malfunctions. I live out in the country, Aurora area. And to be honest Viasat didn’t meet the needs of my house hold.By the eighth or ninth day of the month my Internet was already gone and used. I’m sure they work great in other areas of the city we’re not in the country.
