I’m thrilled that I can change the thermostat from my bed. I can warm the house just before I climb out of bed. It’s just great!!
Disappointed!
Truly Upset!
I can’t speak through any of the speakers including my doorbell, I cannot increase the volume on the speaker inside the monitor panel, I cannot hear what is going on around my house on the speakers. I’m a little bit disappointed that I’m stuck with a system that is not working to optimal performance. I also hate the fact that I would have to pay for any service calls for them to come out just to look and see what the problem is, if the problem can be corrected at all. Otherwise, the monitoring is on task. I couldn’t ask for more, I do need the ability to speak to people through my speakers, to have them understand me and it’s not garbled and to hear what’s going on within my home. I’m a paraplegic and spend most of my time in my room and I need to know what people are doing around my home when I can’t be in the same room with them. If these issues can be resolved I’d appreciate knowing how to get them resolved. Thank you kindly.

I am sick and tired of this app. The app is currently down because they are doing “maintenance on their end”. I find it ridiculous that I haven’t been able to access this app for over an hour. I tried to arm my alarm through the panel and it’s telling me my pin is incorrect. My pin is not incorrect. I’m so over Vivint and their apps.

I keep having problems with this app., for instances, the app keeps going offline, stating that the wifi is not connected, when it is. Why is this keeps happening. The pictures on the apps are dark. Why is this happening as well? What’s the point of having this app if it doesn’t work properly? Can you please fix this glitch? Thank you.
