The works okay but my biggest issue is everyday there is a notification for the “Inbox”. There is no option to opt-out of these notification nor can you delete the SAME messages that have been there for months. I would like to have an option to delete these messages or not be notified every time I access the app. PLEASE update the app!

The equipment is always breaking. The installers don’t know what they are doing. Customer service lies when they send new equipment, saying there is no extra charge when there is. Don’t use these people!!!

My vivint pro came to my home in rural Georgia, and installed the entire system within two and a half hours. Gave me all the information I needed, showed me everything thoroughly and on the spot. Can see pretty much every perimeter of my home and the system is so easy to use, you can literally teach a child to do it. I woudn’t recommended that though but I am very satisfied with this company. Thanks Vivint.

It is incredibly hard to cancel your Vivint account. There are so many hoops to jump through and they try and trick you into paying a huge cancellation bill even though it is not in your contract. Beware of this very shady business.
Playback

We can never get the playback feature to work. Every time we try it gives us an error. It’s a great system if you want to watch what is going on in real time but for anything else it is not the best.

I just got my new system and I love it so much it is so convenient to operate from your phone like locking the door, setting the heat/cool /harming the system and opening and closing the garage door from my phone I would recommend it to any and everyone one it is such a peace of mind to know your home is safe from any where your at

offline cameras

if am not connected to MY HOMES wifi my cameras will say offline. if i’m connected to any other wifi or if i’m out and just have my cellular data running i can not see live video feed. it’s been like this for weeks. hoping the update would’ve fixed it but getting annoyed now. we don’t pay the money we do to not have our live feed whenever we want as long as we have cellular service.
