Alarm panel volume insufficient

If my bedroom door is closed I cannot hear the alarm panel when it goes off. I called Vivint about this and told them, and they told me ‘we get a lot of calls about that, but we can’t do anything about it.’ There is no way to increase the volume or to extend it into another room in the house. If you get a lot of calls about this, you should do something about it. Either increase the volume of the panel, or provide a device that can extend the alarm into another part of the house.

Expected Functionality Except No Landscape

The app and service work as expected. I find it a bit strange the app developers are unable to provide landscape views on an ipad. There have been many requests for this functionality.

Heat doesn’t work until 6 pm. Even though it is set to. Not sure what is the issue.
Awesome app, just a few limitations

I really like this app - it’s sleek, minimalistic, efficient, and for the most part well laid out. The few annoying things I noticed are that the customizations of shortcuts/custom actions is limiting. For the developers - it would be nice if: - You can lock/unlock doors or arm/disarm the system at a certain time, “ on individually selected days. - It would also be nice if the app let Siri create shortcuts as part of the iPhone’s automations - I have a detached garage and it would be great if I could tell Siri to arm my house instead of sitting in the alley while I get my phone, pull up the app, and then arm it (similar with disarming when arriving). - an alternate to the 2nd item would be to allow HomeKit access, but I get that that’s a whole other beast lol Thank you! I really do love that app!
