Need Technical Assistance – Vivint Review

The Garage Door is presently closed/down but the visual indicator shows it open/up. Could to be very deceptionally confusing if I am away from home. My Security Alarm sound is muffled and I can hardly hear the alarm in the house. Cannot hear the alarm outside of my home at all. I would appreciate a Vivint Tech checking out these malfunctions.
