This app is useless if it takes longer to open then actually walking to the panel. Re writing my review and taking off stars because this is still an issue.
Garage opener is terrible

It’s great except for the garage opener. It hardly opens the garage door, I usually have to go in the house to open it.

Why the heck would you enable a high pitched siren to go off on full volume (when alarm triggered) while someone is wearing headphones??? Jesus Christ I literally feel like I’ve been front row at a concert when you cant hear anything after and your ears are ringing. Thanks for protecting my house at the expense of my hearing.

I love my Vivint Security and safety system it’s inexpensive and operators are there around the clock to assist you should you ever need them to reset your system or have any other issues that need to be handled it’s the inexpensive security blanket for not just my home and worldly valuables but also my loved ones I enjoy being able to see who’s at my front door back door inside doors I also enjoy being able to see what’s going on inside my home when I’m not there accessing my lights my locks and whatever else should I need to make my life safer and easier. The system is relatively discrete however it’s noticeable enough that any attempts from a passerby to case a home for breaking in entering they will notice the cameras and be a little less eager to try to enter my home.The keyless entry allows me to have my home secure but give an access pin to a trustworthy friend in case of emergencies where they can enter in and get my fur babies out and to safety. If having all the perks is a bit much or unnecessarily expensive then you can choose and manage the bare minimum and just get 911 alert service and a camera or two it’s completely your decision. I feel free safe and happy with my Vivint Security system and team as a part of my family.
