So first off I also had dropped cameras and WiFi issues. I have a 120 mbps download and 30-40 upload range so it wasn’t my end. After a month of replacing all components and 3 cameras, still had same issue. It wasn’t until I asked about their PLC (power-line communications) that the problem went away for good. It’s basically a plug for every camera, router and panel. Signal is sent through existing power line in house rather than WiFi.
I like the mobile app but..............

I really liked the voiceover options I had when disabling my alarm with my IPX. Now, since the new update, that option is gone! Please reconsider implementing this option again. Some users like myself really appreciated this option.

Why does it take sooooo long for your panel to ATTEMPT to connect to WiFi. This is such a painful process that I feel with a system of this caliber shouldn’t experience.

Vivint created a great app for their home security. It’s smooth to operate and intuitive. It hasn’t had any problems yet. I do wish the controls weren’t swipe operated though to secure the house. I would prefer a simple press.
