My drivers for via are always nice, friendly. They take pride in their work. Their company treats them as human beings, and in turn they treat the customers the same. With other apps you can watch drivers choke; how could they not? They have boots on their throats. Thank you for paying your drivers a living wage. And I’m guessing you screen, because I’ve never been hit on awkwardly (looking at you, Lyft). Your practices are fair, and it shows in the work.

I tried to request 3 rides and it’s telling me they have no seats available but took 20 dollars out my account and I haven’t even found a ride

The prices on Via are undoubtedly cheaper than those in Uber and Lyft. However, their driver arrival tracker can be inaccurate, making me miss rides and get charged $3 for no show fees because the driver arrived earlier than the app showed. This has happened to me several times. Also glad to report more female Via drivers than on Uber or Lyft.
