Via is absolutely horrible. I’ve had drivers kick me out of the car, I’m never picked up in the right place and most people are rude. Sure the price is cheaper but the quality of the service most certainly isn’t worth it.

For several reasons; typically cheaper in Chicago that Uber and Lyft, friendlier and more professional drivers. Have to walk to the closest corner is not a put-off to me.

You ever heard the term “you get what you pay for?” Well that is the phrase that comes to mind when using this service. Their drivers are very inconsiderate and rude. I won’t make this long and list all of my experiences but I was on my way home from work and tired, so I called a ride. They have long wait times for rides so I already had to wait, but my driver also dropped off his previous rider and pulled off right in my face. He drove all the way to Walmart and sat there for 10mins. When he came back he said that he had to do the number 2, b****, Idc what number you had to do, that was just very unacceptable and one of the many errors and inconveniences that I have had.
