They are completely out of touch with their customers. My connecting flight was canceled on me with no other available flights out to my final destination, so I had to Uber across state lines with a 4 hour ride. Before that, I had to wait at the airport for their failure to find my luggage for 6 hours, finally talking to someone who actually knew how to do their job at United and told me my luggage was on a plane out to a different airport than my destination. Wasted a whole day and $300-$400. Then they have the audacity to tell me my ticket was non refundable when they literally cancelled the second leg of my flight. Because of their failures, I am out $250 to Uber and at the moment, paid for a flight I was never boarded on. Fly elsewhere, this company has no idea how to treat customers. Will never fly United again.

The United app legitimately hasn’t worked for me for 8 months. Every time I try to login it says “Oops something went wrong!” I thought it was only me but I asked all my friends and they said it’s been doing the SAME thing. When I go online to see if other people have reported it NOTHING comes up. They are definitely hiding all complaints. How hard is it to fix an app?!?!? Why has it been down for so long?!?!

Nazi like flight attendants

The absolute worst mask nazis have only ever been on United. I was eating trail mix and he expected me to lift my mask back up in between bites. I was holding the cup in one hand and eating with the other and by the time I put my hand down into the cup I was ready for the next bite. It’s extremely unreasonable to expect me to put my useless mask up for all of half a second just to lower it back down. The same mask nazi stewardess told me to pull my mask up, my mask was already over my nose covering my nostrils but apparently still wasn’t high enough for him. These people won’t know what to do when this useless policy is over. On another flight, a nazi stewardess berated a passenger over whatever issue he has with him over the PA at the end of the flight. Extremely unprofessional. I can’t stand this airline but unfortunately I have no choice if they’re the only ones with available flights. Another issue I have is a sticker while entering the plane. “100% vaccinated” however forgot to mention that it required firing 38,000 employees to obtain that useless status… despicable. Especially when this vaccine doesn’t protect the person next to you and provides ZERO immunity and just as capable of getting or giving it. United you should be ashamed and tell your nazi staff to back off.

Today we got in the flight at 8 am, we were asked to get down due to technical issue, waited for another flight till 3 pm and got in in another flight, as soon as we got in, we were asked to get down due to technical issue for this also. Waiting now to see what will happen. Very very bad.
