The UI has rough direction throughout the site not very clear how to navigate & often confusing compared to other flight apps..

I know we are all supposed to accept this as the “new normal” but c’mon. I paid $35 for a luggage check-in and the people before me were getting FREE luggage checking. I was told someone would check into it. It’s all nickel and diming the consumer.
Frustrating

No way to capture passport. Wife and I spent hours trying everything we could think of. Failure. No alternatives allowed. Not online computer and no downloading a photo. Totally blocked for all efforts to get my passport in the United system.
COVID info broken & confusing

Desktop website and app are telling me completely different things about COVID travel requirements. Link for COVID testing requirements in the app while checking in is broken.
Delay

The plane was delayed nearly an hour to empty the lavatory. This caused me to miss my flight connection which in turn caused me To have to spend the night.
Future Travel Credit

Where to begin? And I am Premier status. The site almost never allows a full transaction without having to call and especially when using Future Travel Credits. So many times I have had to check night before a flight to find that, in fact, the booking did not even go through even when my cc was charged. It is more than upsetting. And then one spends 45 mins on the phone redoing things and on hold
