Cards include:

I have been a member of United Airlines for many years and I now am very much a senior citizen. I find some of the rules for the economy level very restrictive. I would really appreciate it if United could find a way to offer one free bag check in at least. This is just my personal opinion as a senior citizen. Our flight from GRR to DEN (2/21/22) was delayed more than an hour due to a sick young lady who had to be removed from the plane in GRR. As a result we missed our connection in DEN to BUR. TONYA, a customer service representative at DEN, was more than excellent In helping us in every way, including rebooking us on the next available flight, which was the next day (2/22,22). She arranged a complimentary overnight stay at a local hotel, with meal vouchers. What started as a disastrous trip was salvaged by TONYA. We are grateful to TONYA and UNITED for this special help. Changed Seats without notifying

United changed my first class seat assignments without advance notification. I booked two first class seats together and United changed my seats with any notification or approval by me. This is not the way to be treating first class customers.

No human contact to go over options due to delays. No agents at the departure gates. No options or arrangements communicated due to missing a connection! What a terrible organization.

So I’m not to mad with the app but more angry at the airlines themselves. I had an extremely late flight back to where I live from a vacation I won’t say where I live or where I went. The first flight to the vacation spot was perfect considering that everything was recovered at the airport. The flight back is my issue. I had a pretty average flight back even though the ac wasn’t working so the flight was a sauna. The issue came when I wanted to get my bags back. Keep in mind this is at 11 at night and I need to drive back to my house which is one hour from the airport. My bags got left 3 states in a different airport. Said bag had my car keys, phone which I just bought and most of my belongings. The house keys I had where in my car which I had no keys for hence I have a phone with 20%, no keys, and hardly any belongings. I had to call an Uber from there and spend 300 dollars to drive to my house. I’m still waiting for my bags since this happened just yesterday but if I get my bags and something which makes up the fact that the airlines lost my bag.


Easy, fast check in… saved time!!!
