Garbage app crashes every time

Every time I click on “Scan passport”, the app freezes and shuts down. On my phone and my spouse’s phone. The website refers you to the app to scan the passport. Fix this garbage app please.

Trying to be “travel ready” as requested by the airline, but app crashes when you click scan passport. I have tried on my multiple devices- all CRASHING. Please fix- which now means I will probably have a longer check-in time. Feature does not work

No clear way to add flights like Alaska. Interface is busy, you need to be a pilot to understand all the menus and cut through the ads and interfaces that rock the user experience like turbulence on the way to the equivalent of a disaster holiday with your in-laws—that is, a flight with United.
Dreadful - will not accept my United credit card

Seriously dreadful. Full of crappy pop up ads and junk - just let my find my flight and check in. I have a United credit card and it doesn’t recognize it. Doesn’t recognize zip codes either so you can’t put addresses in. What a load of junk

In order to check in I was required to download there app and enter my passport info again ( seems very redundant considering I had to use my passport to buy the tickets). The whole process is just a big waste of time, all of these things will just be checked once again at the airport so I don’t understand the point of filling out anything in the app. The only good thing is that they explained the insane requirements due to covid very clearly.

I am so annoyed that United charges me for my bag, even though I am a mileage plus member. I will have to dispute this again. When I am checking in I have to pay, how can I dispute it now? Very frustrating. Hutoxi Bardoliwalla.
