Great to navigate and follow the instructions for the check in

Want to have an option to explain family needs at purchase. Traveling with 3 kids. Two 5 year olds and a 3 year old. I’m biased but they are decent. MYbe:) Booked seating together and now spread out. Flight leaves tomorrow from Tampa to Tulsa. Would appreciate some assistance. Not sure this belongs here but I’ve tried on the app.

Using the app to check in is very easy and convenient!

Inaccurate

Does not push notifications when selected to do so. Alerts are not on time or accurate. I was on my plane finally delayed over 1.5 hours and app still reported plane on time. Cannot rebook through the app, crashes or does not recognize you’ve missed your flight. United gets 0 stars
