I’ve used many airline apps and United’s app is simply the best. So many things you can do with the app with simplicity and ease. Beats all the other airlines in the dust! Keep up the good work United IT!
Another long day

Started in San Diego at 5:30 am February 23 , got going to Washington on first leg of trip and was rerouted to Denver because of a plane emergency stayed in Denver for four hours missed my next plane in Washington in Washington I got a room after a little bit of a disagreement where are United said that that my delay wasn’t planeRelated but after explaining that the plan had a near fire in a galley and two stewardess went to the hospital they agreed to give me a hotel. Skipping ahead here they rebooked me for the next day at 11:45 for my final destination I arrived at the airport at 9:30 just to make sure I was going to be on time but after security I found out that this plane was delayed I’m currently sitting here in my 4th hour of 3 new delays. So I’m going to get home close to two days later and no bad weather involved.

The no full sized carryon bag rule for the ticket I bought was not made clear to me until I checked in. It should be made obvious before I purchase my ticket.

The current preclearance process for Hawaii takes you to websites that don’t work and customer service agents that would rather you fly a different airline. TAKE THEIR SUGGESTION!
