I was totally shocked to have to pay an extra fee to be provided a wheelchair to get me to the gate I am 74 years old and walk with a cane and was not prepared for this extra expense

App crashes any time I try to scan passport and you can’t upload a photo online. A process dependent on an app that has an outrageous number of bad reviews. Poor planning United!

I was not able to submit a quality report through App, so I decided to write a one star review to catch your attention. The app is crashing while trying to scan my passport. I tried multiple times but the problem persists.
Upload Passport Crashes App

I have the most recent iOS and app version, but the app crashes when accessing my camera to upload a photo of my passport. This step is required to avoid checking in at the airport. This sort of poor performance is inexcusable for a company as large as United. Unbelievably terrible.
