Thank you TONYA and UNITED – United Airlines Review

Our flight from GRR to DEN (2/21/22) was delayed more than an hour due to a sick young lady who had to be removed from the plane in GRR. As a result we missed our connection in DEN to BUR. TONYA, a customer service representative at DEN, was more than excellent In helping us in every way, including rebooking us on the next available flight, which was the next day (2/22,22). She arranged a complimentary overnight stay at a local hotel, with meal vouchers. What started as a disastrous trip was salvaged by TONYA. We are grateful to TONYA and UNITED for this special help.
