You guys need more drivers outside city limits

Horrible app and customer support

My god is so big and so mighty

They canceled my order because they were no drivers around and they still took money out of my account and on top of that their rides cost five to ten more dollars than what Lyft does I go to get a ride to my dads which is 10 minutes or less away Lyft will charge $10-$12 and you guys are charging $16-$20 that’s just outrageous like seriously why such high charges??? I’m tired of you guys ripping me off and I’m no longer an Uber customer!!! just horrible service overall and to but the cherry on top they don’t even have a support number for customers to call??!!! You have to contact by messaging through the Uber app so stupid! but yet they have a support number for the drivers? Smh so ridiculous get a support number for customers making it so complicated for no reason!! And I want my money back!

Poor experience of booking for an Uber few days back at KHI airport upon arrival and driver was not moving on map. Sent me a message to call him and when I called he said pay me in cash and he will come. I said I will pay by credit card to Uber and he refused to come. When I asked cancel from his side he did not cancel it and then I had to cancel it and uber was asking for cancellation charges. What a scam! Uber needs to fix these basics.

I thought purchasing a pass was to ensure premium services. Since purchasing the pass I’ve been given longer wait times and bad service. Every ride is always 15 min plus away and i constantly get drivers who cancel after accepting and committing to the route. I even get drivers who are Senile

Account set-up is bad

I set this app up on my phone. No problem. Went to to set it up on my wife’s phone. We share a joint email so I used our email - no notice during setup this could be an issue. Turns out Uber doesn’t properly recognize using the same email on a different phone number. Now our account is messed up because Uber never thought of this. Of all the married people who share an email, Uber never thought to recognize this so both spouses can use their account. Of course there’s no phone number to call to sort it out. So I deleted the app so I could create a separate account. Nope, Uber sees the same phone number and won’t allow creating a second account. Very bad set up process and terrible service!!!!

I tipped during the ride. And after the ride that thing is asking again about tips. So i clicked it. What i found out that was double tip. Hate you guys and your company. You cannot steal money from people. I understand that i can change it. But the whole concept of your company is super wrong
