It’s February 2022, we haven’t been in a lockdown or requiring masks in I don’t know how long. Take your mask policy elsewhere. Will not be using Uber moving forward.

I tried to schedule a drive and was told that I need to pay a $100 fee for Uber One. I do not have Uber One. I tried to see if I could cancel it and it was showing I have it free through Hulu. I can’t even schedule or get a ride somewhere without having to be forced to pay $100 for no reason. I tried calling customer service about this issue and was told that I couldn’t be helped. I tried closing my account with Uber because of this issue and it won’t even let me close my account without paying $100. Worst customer service and app ever.

I was gifted 100.00 in Uber cash which has been added to my account but when I try to use it, it says payment unavailable when clearly it shows the money on the screen. I received the gift 2/8 and have been trying to use it to get back and forth to work but to no avail. Yet I can’t speak with a person?!?! Wow! Once I get my funds I will use them and delete. Uber has proven themselves to be a scam. Not to mention it’s telling me that my name is taken… unfortunately ppl end up with same names on this planet

Been getting a lot of spammy promotional notifications from Uber lately. I can judge for myself if I need to take an Uber; I don’t need to be nagged about it

Most of the time I have to wait one to two hours to find a Uber ride which is completely understandable but I figured out that I can schedule rides and figure it out that doesn’t do anything either most of the drivers just cancel on you right before they take you because they’ll except it at the moment and later be tired and they don’t feel like taking me to work which screws me from getting to work on time. You shouldn’t make it so easy for someone to cancel on a ride

there’s rarely a time that i don’t have issues with uber. currently, i’ve been stranded at work for an hour and a half because the app won’t match me with a driver and the fares keep bouncing between 8 and 30 dollars. so many times i’ve tried to order and nothing has come of it at all. also, i’m not the one ordering, my girlfriend is ordering for me because my app won’t work when i try to order. it says it “can’t process my request” when my app is updated and my account is set up and nothing should be wrong. being disabled, this is often my only way home from work, and it is a struggle every single morning. not to mention all the drivers who have done thousands of rides but still refuse to wear masks or follow directions. i’m so sick of uber, i wish lyft drivers were as common.
