Uber tried CONSTANTLY to double charge and triple charge fares when in reality their DRIVERS are staying out of range ON PURPOSE to spike the fares and make more money. I live in a town where the city cab is only 11$ to my destination, they’re just not in the best shape but Uber want 53$ for the same ride because of what?? Just call the cab.

I love it because I don’t drive. The only thing is that sometimes it takes too long to find a driver. It shouldn’t take so long to find a driver. Uber needs to fix it. Yesterday, I couldn’t get ride home from Hooters, so I had to call my neighbor, she came to pick me up


No way to disable promo notifications

If there is an option to disable just the promo notifications, I haven’t yet found it despite multiple attempts. I need the regular notifications on to know when rides arrive, so I find this to be an obnoxious design.

Horrible Customer Service

Resolving any issue with Uber is a teeth pulling awful experience as they have NO support team, only automated messages, NO number to call, nothing but generic replies to messages not resolving issues. So, good luck if you have any issues with their second rate app. My account doesn’t let me make any modifications to my payment methods, and I am on message 20 to the “support team” hoping that one of their generic responses will help. I’m just giving up and choosing another service.


So many things wrong this this app

Most of the time I have to wait one to two hours to find a Uber ride which is completely understandable but I figured out that I can schedule rides and figure it out that doesn’t do anything either most of the drivers just cancel on you right before they take you. I’ve lost so much money and time on this app it’s sad.

Last week continuously obtain “something wrong” error. App was reinstalled, all payments were removed and re added, but nothing helps. Any eta about fixing? Hardware: iphone 13 Software: latest available.

Very very bad and unprofessional workers An Uber driver snatched my bag and verbally abused me but Uber didn’t block this driver; he’s still driving around…. Be safe out there

Uber lacks professional customer service. The representatives are not qualified. Responses are automated. Nothing protects the customer rights from wrong credit card charges nor drivers bad behaviors! The service has been declining tremendously with time

They tried charging a $150 cleaning fee for something a previous passenger did. Got the refund but it seems like this kind of thing shouldn’t not happen as often as it seems to, especially with such a big brand.
