So sick of his app. There are never any drivers around to pick you up and when there is? They want $20 for a 10 minute drive, not to mention so many of them are rude. I’m glad I’m not the only one that has problems.

Like my dog this app tries to be important when it’s not. The recent barrage of notifications was annoying enough for me to shut down the apps notifications altogether since they don’t know how to shut up until needed.

Overpriced most of the times compared to other apps and the pickup time is the worst! I’ll be waiting outside for 30mins just to get to my 7 minutes away destination. Ridiculous.

Worst case experiences!! My family and I recently took a trip to Alaska and used Uber for the first time. Unfortunately they take your rights away by requiring a mask but whatever we used one anyways but then we had a driver get nasty to me because I pulled mine down to take a drink of water? The heck? Then I get a message from Uber saying that they want me to take pictures of my mask on ti verify j have one? Terrible company. Will never ever use again. My family and I all deleted the app and will absolutely never use it again. We will go old fashioned and use a taxi if need be but never again support or use this app.

I'm usually a five minute drive from my gf mom house to our house, the same from our house to my moms house Which is usually around 8-9 dollars but now due to "High demand" a five minute ride jumped all the way up to $24

The app told me I would wait 20 min for my ride and I have waited almost an hour now. I’m not leaving the driver a bad review when the company should have not allowed them to pick someone else up while they were scheduled to pick me up. Either find a new driver in the area immediately or don’t have the driver scheduled for two trips.


Why are you sending me texts 2 hours after my ride?

Why are you sending me multiple text messages about my ride arriving soon when I have already taken my ride, paid and tipped the driver over 2 hours ago?

App works well, but customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen by a long shot. You’ll send a well detailed message to try to solve an issue, they’ll ignore what you say and just copy/paste FAQ back. It’s bad enough I’m not going to continue to use the service.
