Non existent customer service

Uber does everything possible to avoid being available for customer support. All I needed was to talk to someone but it is impossible. Completely unethical.

I hope Uber goes out of business. I used to use it ALL THE TIME until I found out that they’re massive transphobes who don’t care at all about their customers. A transgender man was attacked in my town and then his Uber driver threatened him and kicked him out for being trans. Uber simply gave him ten dollars and said sorry, they wouldn’t ban the driver. They also refuse to let trans drivers change to their preferred names and pronouns. So transphobes are fine to drive but transgender people aren’t? Screw you, Uber, I hope you lose all your customers. I will never use this app again.

Good app, not of fan of the surges when they happen. It does seem excessive sometimes. One thing you need to fix. Settings - Saved Places - needs the option to be sorted in alphabetical order.
Can’t remove Apple Pay

I added PayPal, but the app won’t let me use it to pay for my ride. It insists on using Apple Pay. I can remove PayPal, but not Apple Pay. Forums say you have to delete all your cards from Apple Pay and then reinstall Uber app. How about eff you, Uber, I’ll take a Lyft.
Why is uber eats interfering on the uber app?

So annoying. I use Uber all the time. But I hate it recently because Uber eats interferes with and pops up after each ride. I do not want to buy food!!! I just need to get from point A to B. That is all. I can’t even close Uber Eats. I have to reboot my phone to use Uber again. Can’t even complain about it on the uber app- no more humans anymore. Why did they add uber eats on the uber rides app? There is a separate uber eats app. If I want food I will use it. I hate the uber app now. It’s just annoying and useless. It does not work!! Going to use Lyft I guess.

It has a problem now where i get a uber for $6 then it tells me to wait 10 min and 10 min go by still no driver so then i have to cancel and when i cancel and request another uber is $30.
Confusing to use, Address function very poor

In the app it has a button that says “RIDE”, and another button that says “schedule”. It’s not clear which one to use. If you want to distinguish between right now versus ride later, then say that on the buttons. Ride Now and next to it put Ride Later. It took me forever to figure out that I had to click schedule in order to book a ride for the next day. I still need a ride whether right now or later so call it the same thing. Then there’s the address problem. The app seems to have a hard time keeping the address that I entered. I get all the way through booking, and then it asked me to confirm pick up location. Things just get worse from there. If I take the time to enter the full address in the beginning, why does the app keep losing it by the time I’m ready to book. Very frustrating.
I never took a ride and got charged 25 dollars.

Driver Must have been signed up For lift when he signed up for my Uber. He did 100 laps around miles away from me. Uber is trash. Sms. 1lefftwr off. Idc. There is now possible way to contact their company with a human Beijing. Everything is automated.
