What a fraud don’t recommend this app cancelled and didn’t get my refund Uber ests didn’t help at all just got robbed ?


Food orders consistently wrong and poor customer support

I rarely write reviews but had to here. I only use Uber Eats due to having an Amex gold card that gives me $10 monthly Uber credit. The app is good, but service is poor. 9/10 orders come with missing items or the order gets cancelled. Uber then makes it very difficult to get any refund for the missing items.


They always cancel my order!!

I hate Uber Eats they always cancel my order after like 30 minutes. Messed up company. Door Dash and all other competitors are better than Uber Eats. I have yet to actually get an order…

Does this app let me order food and get it delivered to my doorstep? Yep! And it’s great for that. But it also blasts my phone and watch with constant spam reminding me that it exists. I prefer my apps to limit their alerts to info that I’ve asked for (how far is my order from my house). 0 stars if I could. On the cusp of deleting in favor of great apps like Door Dash instead.

The support provided for Uber Eats Mexico is horrible: -They don’t read the information provided -They ignore screenshot provided -They’re not customer oriented -If you request a manager, they ignore your request and close the ticket -They copy and paste their answers instead of reading the new notes -There no way to call and escalate your case, it’s all over the app or nothing -They reject cases even when you prove them wrong -They should be fired and get the proper agents, that use the rules from Uber USA


Worsening services over time

The model fails local businesses which then cut their menu, making the app a waste of time. The local Panda Express offers no drinks, because the margin is so small vs time it takes to fill a soda. Most places in the area have done the same. Tired of picking food and learning there is nothing to order as a drink. Double and triple booking the deliveries was annoying, but this ruins my experience. Is this a Ponzi scheme?


Order was canceled after two hours and could not contact support

I made an order just to find out two hours later that it couldn’t be fulfilled. After an hour and a half I tried to contact support to figure out what was happening and the app wouldn’t work for me to get in a live chat. Only after 2 hours I was told my order was canceled while I could’ve been ordering food elsewhere


Stop sending promotional notifications

It’s a blatant violation of Apples guidelines and completely user hostile. I love knowing the progress of my order from restaurant to doorstep. Please stop using this differentiating feature of Uber Eats as a Trojan Horse.

Food always cold, condiment options are there for sure. You have to message the driver to actually get them. They make drivers pick up multiple orders so food ends up cold 90% of the time.
