Put in an order at 9:30 for 2 meals and some rice from an Indian restaurant for me and my buddy. We waited over 2 hours and when the food got here there was only 1 meal in there. Out of the last ten times I’ve order 6 have been wrong. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ORDERED. Any other delivery app is 100x better than this garbage. STAY FAR AWAY!

Regardless of security codes, drivers can still mark your food as delivered and take false pictures that your food has been delivered. I’ve also had drivers that hung up in my face and cancel orders because of laziness or theft. Won’t be ordering from Uber anymore. Door dash has better security

Unfortunately my experience was good my food was freezing cold it’s not so much the drivers fault. However I’m not sure if I would like another delivery like this again. Yes I believe in still tipping those who wok for a living. Thanks

Their driver left a restaurant less than 3 min from my house and drove 20min across town in the opposite direction of my house. Then came back to my house. Food was stone cold and the customer support wouldn’t even offer a partial refund or anything. Just canned chatbot answers. No phone to call no recourse, nothing but cold food that I payed double for to have it delivered. Apparently I should have just walked to the restaurant. Food would have been warmer and I would have saved money.

Probably the worst delivery app I have ever used. Every single order has been messed up or delayed by hours . Terrible app

I have been using this app for years now, I used to order pretty much every other day but recently I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order (about $40 total), then the delivery person literally fooled me! This person sent me a message and never delivered the order. I reached out to customer service to let know of the situation, and they literally did nothing! The representative was rude and no help whatsoever. I’m very disappointed that these people literally stole my money and Uber Eats did nothing to fix their mistake. I ended up deleting the app from my iPhone and I refuse to use their service ever again after this situation. I’m not the kind of people to leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable, be aware.
