Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

?Epi.Sweetheart?

Every time I order off this app something always goes wrong. From them not getting my order right to drivers stealing my food!!!!!???‍♀️??‍♀️ And when you report that you have an issue with your order, you don’t get it fixed. What’s the point of keeping this app if everything goes WRONG??!

Muy bueno

???

??

Unable to place order

----\/---

Worst app I had ever used, I have a promo for my first order, if I apply it is not accepting the order.

Price adjustments after delivery

The Matala

My order was increased 40% after delivery. Good luck finding help as the help messenger is just a bot that provides links to useless FAQs. No thanks, I’ll stick with Grubhub

Never gonna!

Honestly, i have been waiting for 50min now. Even i ordered pick-up by app!!! You need to give us accurate time. Why need order pick up, if you can’t make it on time. If its 10-15 its okay, cause maybe busy, but 50 MINS. Its just too much!!! Even the support team can’t do anything, can’t cancel order?!

Prices upcharged

All prices are up charged and then they want additional fees and a tip. It’s a joke

Can’t fix address issues

gree0232

BLUF: Uber’s system directs drivers to a neighboring estate to the middle of a field rather than down our road and too our house. My wife and I utilize Uber eats frequently. We have had an issue since we moved into a new house last November. We live next to a historic estate that is currently undergoing renovations. For some reason, very order is directed down the lengthy drive way of what is literally the old servants entrance whereupon the Uber GPS then attempts to get the delivery drivers to drive across a field to reach our house … our house that is actually on a road on the Uber map. We had been able to flag down drivers in the past. Inevitably, we got a driver who blew us off, ignored directions on the order, failed to contact us, and refused to answer our calls. Uber also, made changes that make it impossible to contact customer service while this is happening. By the time we got confirmation that the driver had dumped the food somewhere on a house under construction, the food had been left out in frigid weather so long it was no longer edible. To Uber’s credit they refunded the order. To their detriment, they then began solving the map issue without diagnosing the problem. Apparently, we entered our address wrong? We are too stupid to know our address, even though the initial note and account confirm them address. It’s gone down hill from there. No matter how many times my wife and I point out that we have tried all the trouble shooting steps or that it is not specific to either of our devices and that we have separate accounts, Uber insists that we keep repeating steps that have had, and continue you have zero effect on the problem. The latest? Just keep, jiggling the drop pin (like we have done dozens of times already) and eventually … maybe … the food won’t be directed to the middle of a field on a historical estate? We clearly need something more than being told to jangle a pin. And when jangling the pin doesn’t work … jangle the pin some more (as if the food going to a field rather than a house is something we caused?). Fifteen responses later, no one has even bothered to ask,is what we have tried, nor do they read it when we send it before offering a bromide solution disconnected from what we send them.

Bad customer service

Mr. Feldman

The app is mediocre and does nothing special compared to the competition. It’s a terrible match in customer service however, never acknowledging actual issues with orders that make food unsafe to eat (tampering) or missing items. Only stock responses from CS reps that never actually materialize in a refund of items or order. Pretty pathetic…

Unhelpful at Best

k_catt33

For as much as “service fees” have increased in the past year, you’d think this app would have better customer support than a bot spamming a chain of multiple choice options to pick from. None of which are helpful nor will get you your items. You better hope your food is never left at the wrong address. You’re screwed if it is. I dont blame the drivers. I blame the app.

Add Alcohol Please

Great Service would pay good for alcohol
