Horrible service Uber eats going back to Grubhub never had a problem

Driver said could not find the hospital Saint Agnes and the emergency room and the ambulance bay and the only entrance to the hospital and still could not find the hospital 2nd time I order and horrible results last time canceled my order and never refunded my money for Wendy

You make it seem like your giving us a deal but then under taxes and fees the charges go up. Get real.

In my experience, it seems more trouble than it’s worth. They offer promotions for people who’ve never ordered before. Whenever I try to use the promotion codes, I’m told the code doesn’t work. This has happened 4 times. The customer service number does not work and I can’t find any way to contact anyone through the help section. I wish I shared the same positive experience as others, but this has been a disappointing waste of time.

Delivery always takes way longer than expected, sometimes a hr 1+. The orders are always missing something. Then it takes another 2 hours to get what they “forgot”. It is near impossible to get any sort of customer service on the phone. I’ve wasted way too much time and money with this app. Only a simp could find the value in this waste. Byeeeeeee ?

I was given a Uber Eats gift code and it doesn’t work. My job gave it to me as a Christmas gift. We had a Christmas party and we were supposed to use our Uber eats coupons. And I didn’t know how to use mine. So I added it to my UberEats account. And now it’s saying that I don’t have it add it to my Uber Eats account. So this is a very bad experience.

Although over the years I have loved UberEats, I just can’t use it in New York anymore. There is just no delivery guys anymore. Orders consistently take 30 mins - 1 hour longer than expected or flat out just don’t arrive at all. I have wasted far too many hours bugging a support team, which I feel bad about because they do not have any answers. If they were just upfront and honest that orders take a very long time in NYC, I would understand. But I’m tired of constantly being bait and switched.

Everytime I order there’s a problem weather it’s with the delivery driver bringing my food to the wrong house or the order being wrong or cold every single time I use this app I’m disappointed dissatisfied and over charged
