Order was canceled after two hours and could not contact support – Uber Eats: Food Delivery Review

I made an order just to find out two hours later that it couldn’t be fulfilled. After an hour and a half I tried to contact support to figure out what was happening and the app wouldn’t work for me to get in a live chat. Only after 2 hours I was told my order was canceled while I could’ve been ordering food elsewhere
