Tips

Sinco #6

You shouldn’t have to force someone to make a tip it should be optional ! I already have to pay monthly for the app!

Uber is not what they say they are.

Uber and UberEats are only here to con you out of your money. I’ve had some bad drivers, one driver even taking me to a wrong location and locking his doors trying to keep me inside, and uber support said “there is nothing we can do he said he completed his trip.” And when it comes to ubereats? Dont even get me started on how messed up these drivers are. Anywhere from stealing parts of your order and keeping it for themselves, to a man literally ignoring me and my boyfriend trying to get his attention so we can receive our order, and him just straight up turning around and leaving with the food. And once again uber support has the nerve to say “your driver said he delivered it unfortunately there is nothing we can do.” Uber as a whole is a joke and waste of money I’d be very very very cautious ordering and riding with them. They do not care about you as a valued customer whatsoever and if you are looking for help, I guarantee youre not going to get it. Its just pathetic.

Best ever service.

Venom25x

Better than Lyft, grub whatever, and all the rest. Uber eats pass is worth it.

Thieves

Charged me twice for a tip. After reaching out they said they didn’t even though I sent them proof. Door dash is much better

Terrible

Harried Mother

Ubereats doesn’t take any responsibility for their service. They put all the blame on their drivers, despite the fact that they are ultimately the company providing a service. Their app indicates that part of their service is consumers will be notified when the food is delivered. They don’t stand by this claim when it doesn’t happen. I had an order delivered and wasn’t notified that it had been delivered. I live on a house; it’s not as if the driver had to go to a commercial building or anything. I didn’t find out it had been delivered until I went and checked. The food has been sitting out for half an hour. The coffee was cold, and the warmed pastries were cold and dry. I told Ubereats that I wanted my money back and they refused. Just put all the blame on the driver. The company needs to stand by their service and train the driver. They suggested that I leave feedback so the driver can learn. Ummm… no. The company should be held responsible for inept employees, not the customer.

So convenient when you’re hungry and don’t have a car

I love Uber eats so much!! There has been times when I’m so hungry and have nothing to eat, and I order food from the app and get my food delivered quickly! I appreciate all the drivers working for Uber eats!

Subscription gone wrong

I currently have the subscription, and it still charges for delivery free and tax. I don’t recommend anyone to get this subscription.

DELAYED ORDERS

(Twitter: angelina3rivera)

I was constantly getting delayed orders from the company. No driver given for at least an hour. This happened more than once. Tried reaching out to customer service to explain my situation and they would brush it off and say there was nothing they could do to issue a refund for the cold stale food I was given my previous order. I am now switching over to DoorDash. They have been way faster than Uber eats.

Horrible Customer Service

FaithAngelicaaaaA

I’ve never had a more infuriating experience with customer service than I’ve had with Uber. They toss you around from person to person with each reply you send. They say the same thing over and over. I just don’t get it. Here’s the situation: I had $22.03 in Uber cash. I paid the remaining on my Amex on Apple Pay. The total for my order (including $4 tip) was $33.21. That leaves $11.18 to be charged to Apple Pay. I get an email saying I owe the $4 tip, but what confused me is they charged my Amex. I had gone back and forth with multiple people trying to explain the situation and even provided photos of my statement showing that it was paid. Then after the third response they tell me I owe $7.18. I’m like okay, what? I thought it was $4 this entire time and suddenly it’s $7.18. Then I think to myself they both add to the $11.18 that was SUCCESSFULLY charged to my Amex. I send photos of my statements again telling them to please let me speak to a supervisor and they tell me that I’ve gone the highest I can go. I’m most likely going to report this to the better business bureau if it doesn’t get resolved, because this is just ridiculous at this point. I know it’s just $4 but at the same time, I’ve paid what I’ve had to pay according to my bank statements. Hoping that by posting this review, I‘ll catch someone’s attention to help me resolve this.
