My order was canceled when I was supposed to receive it! No explanation given by support help, they only apologized and asked me to try again next time, are you kidding me?? Automated canned responses is all the help you can expect

Not sure why it’s so hard for Uber, but either the delivery fees are ridiculous or the order fails when you’re expecting your delivery…so then no food shows and now you’re just left hungry…absolutely done with this service.
Couldn’t place an order

I went to india and used a Uber ride and paid. Some how, it didn’t recognize the payment and showing pending balance. On ubereats, I am trying to make an order in US. Unless I clear the pending balance I couldn’t make an order. No customer support available. I ended up paying amount second time.
