Food orders consistently wrong and poor customer support – Uber Eats: Food Delivery Review

I rarely write reviews but had to here. I only use Uber Eats due to having an Amex gold card that gives me $10 monthly Uber credit. The app is good, but service is poor. 9/10 orders come with missing items or the order gets cancelled. Uber then makes it very difficult to get any refund for the missing items.
